I am asking for some brainstorming ideas from this community to help me save the deal and free up my cash.

That’s sound dumb to say, but sometimes just taking a minute to really brain storm and be innovative will get you across that hurdle.

This idea for me is only in the initial brainstorming stage, and I appreciate the input.

We were brain storming on how to obtain and retain tenants.  

get them-perhaps we can all use our own areas as a base and work from there--every once in a while we will all meet in a central place(make a wknd of it) and brainstorm--a chance to help each other profit(and lick our wounds at the same time)this can be quite profitable if done right--i will collect the data(names, emails, locations, etc} just like we did on here for pinnacle--it is only my opinion, but this will keep our minds off our losses and we can start to focus on recouping losses as well as going forward in our lives--am i crazy?

I spent all day calling and brainstorming and we finally figured out that if I drove 4 hours away to close in the morning (bank picked closing company).

You brain storming could really pay off.2 - I lean towards making tenants fully responsible for what they consume.
