I know they are compensated per unit for the inspection, do you think it would be an issue if I just registered a fifth unit and made sure it met all the requirements?

thanks. you will spend more time trying to figure out whether or not its required than actually completing the form. it takes five minutes. 

Wholesaling can be profitable but it sure has a steeper learning curve and requires a strong network of buyers which takes time to build.
