Can someone in FL recommend a closing attorney?

I'm not a lawyer or attorney, but seeing as how so many have been affected by this, and the amount of bad practices that they're performing, i suggest some of you get together with an attorney, and see if you can go after this company with a class action lawsuit, and see if you can not only drop your remaining charges, but get back at least some of the money you put into it.

Let them know despite repeated attempts to collect the money, it is not forthcoming and that you will be starting the eviction process for non-payment of rent...then hire an attorney who specializes in evictions and get the process started.

I’ve watched a few videos on this and it sounds like, if done right by an attorney, you can still keep anonymity.  

If I were to purchase a SFR from a consumer I would INSIST that they employ an attorney. 

We do 7-8 flips a year and always use the same local closing attorney. 

I always recommend my clients have their attorney draft one up to have the sellers and tenant sign.
