Here, Missouri uses the phrase "facilitating any real estate transaction" it also does not depend on charging any fee per se as you can profit for compensation.

Makes sense if the deals are there but burning your cash may not be the best investment per se.

@Steven Hamilton II is it safe to say that it makes little sense to try and save on SE taxes in your flipping/wholesaling business by electing your LLC to be taxed as an S-Corp if you already make a 70K+ w2 income? 

There are a ton of investors in SE Raleigh.

We are investing in SE Michigan as well- Ypsilanti specifically- and plan to expand to Wayne County if we can find the right deal.
