I joined BP a couple of months ago and have been reading a lot of articles and forum posts, along with listening to some terrific podcasts. I'm grateful for what I've learned already. I purchased a single family ranch in 1996, then became a landlord in 2001 when I met my husband. I can't start investing again, because I'm in the middle of a divorce, but am hoping to get some advice and more of an education. I know I can get that here at BP! I expect to move back to Upstate NY when all is said and done. Is this TMI? LOL
