"Condo Association" is all my loan officer had to say to strike away all my excitement in becoming an investor....It's been hours everyday in anticipation, knowing I had a little golden goose waiting to claim.....What is standing in the way is ......The condo has ridiculous fees and management was known for all their problems so I knew there was NO WAY they'll meet the bank's preferences.....surely enough I'm right!
