This evening I set everything up so that I can print the letters out first thing tomorrow morning and get them in the mail ASAP.This week was not all that bad though.

I see 3D printed houses are gaining some traction since the cost of lumber's gone through the roof.

We have a custom-developed software program that prints the custom letter and label.

I wish I had a blue print, but I do not.

Maybe passing out eBooks, running print on coaster books; creating landing pages and parlaying the idea. 

I have looked through the archives and there are a few threads on this topic but all that I found were really old and outdated.  So I am curious what the best option is today.  Any insight would be greatly appreciated.  

Hi Chris,Adding to what Jamie said just because you can build a larger duplex does not mean it is the most efficient use of that foot print within the setbacks. 

Maybe have some pre-printed material you could share that demonstrates your qualifications and what you're looking for.You have to really know your stuff.

So I saw a printed sign that looked pretty slick from an LLC that "buys ugly houses" (and in hindsight it wasn't really that ugly of a house, just needed cosmetic repairs), and their guy did a walk-thru and was willing to make me an offer that gave me about $2k of the $12k or so equity I "thought" I had built up in the house (although prices had been dropping). 

Not to mention I suspect many of these Heloc investors have never read the fine print.
