Dangerous dogs lease addendum

My lease lists many of the dogs above, but says they are prohibited "for insurance reasons", not "because my insurance carrier prohibits them" necessarily.A friend of mine paraphrased this part of my animal addendum and put the latter phrase, and he had an applicant call his bluff and demand to know which insurance company was prohibiting their breed.
