I am looking into other renting options for this property such as air bnb or renting travel nurses and other corporate personnel. 

I have been searching hard for the perfect home in Southern IL that I can house hack and rent rooms to travel nurses. 

Most appear real but I had a nurse inquiry from NJ who I suspected was false so I tried to verify her nursing license on Nursys and there was none.  

While we do not hold any STRs, we do believe that it is a great market for medium term rentals such as traveling nurses. 

I am a nurse investor In Springdale and would love to see your progress/outcome. 

Otherwise, I know there are sites for travel nurses or other types of short-term jobs (one is called Furnished Finder) that would let you rent a fully furnished place anywhere from 1 - 6 months at a time.

There is a higher turnover, but from what I've experienced so far, you get much higher quality tenants as they're usually traveling nurses or, in my case, someone moving to Austin for a tech job, and needs a place to stay while they purchase a home.Anyone else in Austin have experiences with this?

The pandemic has increased the traveling nurse industry and led to even longer contracts for nurses.

We plan on turning it into a mid-term rental for travel nurses since we are in a prime location!
