I live in Chanhassen, MN and have been researching the South West Minneapolis metro area for awhile.  

I personally focus on New Orleans but I am also looking to expand into Minneapolis in the near future to get a better regional risk diversification.... don't want something like Katrina slamming all my properties at once. 

I own a duplex in south Minneapolis in a desirable neighborhood, with schools, the Mississippi river walk, Minnehaha falls, the light rail, bus line and tons of restuarants.  

I live in the SW Minneapolis area and am glad to have another Twin Cities member on here!

I know, I've contemplated selling because the Minneapolis market is so crazy.
