Hello, my name is Kraig Krueger, and I am new to the bigger pockets forums.  I live in Chanhassen, MN and have been researching the South West Minneapolis metro area for awhile.  I would like to purchase a rental property within the next 3-6 months in this area.  I look forward to communicating through the forums with the BP community.
