Having served in the Marines myself, I can tell you that you have the potential to save a lot of money if you don’t fall into a lot of the stupid habits that young Marines typically do.

It probably is because all insurance has its origins in fire insurance (technically it originated with marine insurance, but when they started insuring on land the focus was fire).Just review your policies.

You’ll be far more profitable by just keeping the building livable and letting them marinate in their own filth .
