Since Covid, face-to-face accountant meetings can be done via Zoom, so unless you're looking for Denver or Jefferson County-specific guidance, you may get more benefit from looking outside of Denver.

Birmingham is a very diverse market- lots of different types of properties that cover all the different classes.For investors that have a higher risk profile and are looking for primarily cash flow investments, I’d recommend some areas in Jefferson county.

But I like Sherwood Forest, east English village, Jefferson-Chalmers, University, Virginia Park isn’t too bad 

and, listen to their podcast and Jefferson Lily's (Parkstreet Partners) and you'll be ready to take action.

About 1/2 the Jefferson county schools are good.
