Given our cultural shift around remote learning and working, it'll be interested to see if more listings happen this fall, with parents less concerned about distance to school and distance to work.

There is a culture shift that takes place in the first 3-6 months of new ownership and it requires you remain true to your plan to ensure that shift is a positive one.

I own one duplex on Cultural Park Blvd on the canal.

Remember that the franchises still have their own cultures office to office and may even run differently. 

As I tell everyone I meet, it's 300 days of sun, proximity to the mountains, great beer, legal weed, a super awesome bar and restaurant scene, arts and culture.
