I think the best route for this then is to just get my real estate license and work my way up with my properties while working things out with these international buyers, then when I am qualified after 3 years I will shoot for a broker's license.

I had the credit report run through cozy and it gives me the following info:Contract Callers Inc  ACCOUNT SERIOUSLY PAST DUE DATE / ACCOUNT ASSIGNED TO ATTORNEY, COLLECTION AGENCY, OR CREDIT GRANTOR'S INTERNAL COLLECTION DEPARTMENTBut it does not give me any info on the cause and what the original debt is for.
