You can simply google "real estate meetups in Louisville, check Facebook, Instagram, and even the Biggerpockets site has meetups listed.You can find network/ mentor opportunities much more efficiently by doing a bit of research versus posting a question and relying on others to give you the answer :-)

If you're wanting everybody in your network to remember your name and keep you top of mind, you've named some good methods already-Instagram (Post often, focus on stories)-Linkedn (Post often)-Newsletters (Send weekly, add value)-Attend Meetups (Actively engage)-Get out often (Home tours, open houses, coffee shops, etc)-Frequent Check-Ins (Text or call your most valued connections weekly)

Here are the standard things I do:-add listing to MLS,Zillow/ Trulia, list hub -create Facebook property listing with cityblast-add to Facebook personal and business page-create flyer/brochure (print and digital)-posting to Instagram-post to craigslist-email blast to all MLS agents-send to email list of personally known agents in the areaWhat steps do you take?

Just wonder if I start facebook and instagram pages, worry if people will steal my business ideas and take deals?

I would definitely check out the channels of Matt McKeever, Mat Piche and Jeff Wybo, as well as their instagram content. 

Not much advise on getting the Air-BnB started, but there website is pretty helpful, and there are tons of AirBnB pros on Instagram.
