Here are the standard things I do:-add listing to MLS,Zillow/ Trulia, list hub -create Facebook property listing with cityblast-add to Facebook personal and business page-create flyer/brochure (print and digital)-posting to Instagram-post to craigslist-email blast to all MLS agents-send to email list of personally known agents in the areaWhat steps do you take?

Don't build it, before you start working it.Call 100 of those people every day for the first 30 days to build it.....missing a phone number, email them and get it, and then call them.Have a phone number, but no email, instagram, or fB, get those.Ask all of them to use and test your personal real estate app.At the end of the 30 days you should have 2000-3000 people in your database.

.- Think hard about all of the ways to get the word out beyond the MLS (and all the other feeder sites...) and good signage, such as Craigslist, local professional vendors (mortgage brokers, attorneys etc), flyers all over town, social media (F/B, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube etc), letting very well-connected people know it's out there, local classifieds, your own personal network, mega open houses (paid for by sponsors - I even make money sometimes); I'm sure you can come up with a few more!
