What's your favorite site to verify rental comps?

Just looking to verify some rental estimates I'm being quoted by a turnkey seller.  What's your favorite site to verify these figures?  Rent-O-Meter?  Zilpy? Zillow?  Are any of them worth paying for?  Besides asking a PM to verify (in this particular case, the PM company is married to the seller), which site do you find to be most accurate when verifying?

I use Craigslist, Zillow, and rent-o-meter to compare. I will also call property managers or use their website to see what they are charging.
