My fellow owners/investors in the area of Brookline Village or Coolidge Corner area of Boston - what is the best way to locate rentals without having to go through a realtor for apartment rentals in that area?

I currently reside in the Jersey Village area but am willing to commute to different parts of Houston metro area!

I've never seen anyone in the Village that looked like a motivated seller, except for a few out of work TV personalities.

Is it wise to call the village so they can force pest control for the entire building?

However, I also add in a clause that should I not be able to deliver the house through no fault of my own (i.e. theft, village not passing occupancy, etc), then they are entitled to a full refund of the monies.So technically it is a deposit that can be refunded.

Have you read about the infill projects by Petrovich in Curtis Park and Phil Anglides called Mckinley Village?

I am doing a little in Spring Grove Village and they are similar in that they are close to more desirable neighborhoods, the crime rates are low and they are super affordable, but most people aren't looking there.

The house is a 3 bedroom/1.5 bath in Baltimore city in Harwood, a neighborhood just to the east of Charles Village.
