I am a real estate investor and own several SFRs throughout the US. I am also a mortgage banker and account exec at Athas Capital Group in Calabasas. A hard money lender offering risk-adjusted pricing HM through sub-prime on commercial and residential real estate. I'm looking for a 50 plus unit in the Houston area.
