But, take that with a grain of salt as many of them have WAY more exerience than I and am probably much wiser.My situation is that my SDIRA assets are at about a 20 to 1 ratio over my liquid cash on hand, and my 2 partners are in the same boat.

It seems to be on the low end of the risk spectrum to me, but I'm new at investing, so take that with a grain of salt!

It goes like this, "see tenants lips moving, see tenant lying" the bottom line is, take what the tenant says with a grain of salt. 

Wholesaler could not possibly understand this and it wouldn't make sense for them to try.You can get me a formal Broker Opinion and I STILL take it with a grain of salt.

@Babatunde Onadele JrI would guess the winters and the amount of snow would have an impact.The lake is not salt water so you do not have the corrosion you have near oceans

Right now I'm most interested in anything between Salt Lake City and Payson just because it's what I'm most familiar with, but I could potentially be open to other locations as well.
