@Jeffery Jones As someone who owns 6 single-family homes under the Section 8 program and runs a property management company that manages over 100 Section 8 properties, I’ve learned a lot about the ins and outs of the program—not just the idealized version often shared on social media.If done correctly, Section 8 can be a great way to diversify a portfolio.

After the invoice was disregarded I decided I might try just using a rental management company.

You ARE the company now, scorched earth on the company is scorched earth on yourselves! 

However, I don’t have a US-based W2 (but work full time for an American tech company in their London office). 

Upon inspection, the pest control company found holes in the walls under the kitchen and bathroom sinks.

There are companies "Build2Rent" that have inventory being built now (some CO'd already) selling complete SFH, Duplex + Builder incentives to include closing cash and 2 years PM paid!

Here in Portland, there are a couple of different landlord groups/companies that offer pre-made forms.

Nobody wants to be a "GM" in a company of 1, right.

I'm an investor here in Columbus OH myself and have seen the city's solid and steady growth with strong economic fundamentals driving the market like major companies moving here (Meta, Intel, Google, Amazon, etc), job growth, and population growth.
