The house was bought with a flippable intention in the long run as far as school district, neighborhood, and minor rehab.I want to invest in my local market which is the Boston and surrounding suburbs which is a high and attractive market which still has room growth due to increase in job demand from next new casinos, hotels, GE, and Amazon. 

We are getting a Hard Rock casino that should be done in 2025.  

Its in the same Tri Cities area mentioned above, but it has the new Casino going in so there is a lot of potential.

Heard through a friend as potential for cash flow even with current rates and growth potential due to proximity to TX north border, casinos etc.   

Jakes is the Casino,,,,,,,,,,MTM is NOT the way to go, way to much work, if MTM was so great I would do it, 

I know times they be a changin... though.was just in Lincoln last summer for my niece's wedding stayed at Thunder Valley that's one nice Indian casino and hotel  by the way.My direct mail that I do now is in other states one were I live and others in the deep south were I am active.

People who do that are looking to “get rich quick”, they'd better off going to a casino and putting everything on red.

One owner is a wealthy casino owner who collects land and may consider selling but for way more than its worth.
