I actually worked at Cache Creek Casino for a while when I went back to college late in life (at Woodland's Yuba College campus).It even flooded pretty bad back then (late 1990's).

But I see other seniors in my building with gambling problems (lots of Indian casinos around here), who smoke cigarettes and/or pot, who spend their money at the local bar, going out to eat, buying new clothes, etc.

Omg, had to post the update, I went to collect the rent and turns out the tenant had needed the $ to go to the casino because she "needed to screw".

If she's not on board for the true cost of that additional revenue - in time, hassles, drama - then it isn't worth it.Kind of like when I worked at a casino and learned that the valets are the employees at the casinos who make the most money - but - they are literally running their butts off all night long.

., and the only reason they are broke is because they blow all of their money at the casinos, and on cigarettes and going out to eat or to the bars, etc.If you go ahead and raise her rent to market rent, she will cope.
