Am I required to disclose this when I sell in the future after it has been addressed/fixed?

I have found that most section 8 tenants, want to leave on good terms, since their address history follows them around.

Most owners want to be good landlords, and most are actively trying to address tenant issues.

Figuring out his to amicably solve issues can be a challenge if not addressed in advance.
