When I was leasing office space, they offer me space with services provided, i.e air conditioning, utilities so I can concentrate on my business instead of nickeled and dimed for minor conveniences. 

But good luck finding a good experienced buyer's agent that knows you only use them when it's convenient and in a pinch.

We own 2 mobile home parks, 4 homes, and 1 convenience store in that area and one more convenience store in a different city.

It's a great location for convenience though.   

I'm not sure if there are many multi-family units there but I could definitely see that being a desirable area for professionals as well due to the convenience of the location to the highway.I guess it depends on the type of rentals you want to do and who your market is.

Its located in a hot, convenient area in Minot, ND.

We've had very good success in our smaller multifamily properties by just installing residential machines and charging a small laundry/convenience fee ($20/mo or so, which is much less than most tenants would spend in a laundromat).
