Wholesaling is where my attention is and im assigning my from first Pns agreement this afternoon.

If wholesaling is what you want to do, you need to find a mentor and really study the business.

-wholesaling, rehabbing, buying and selling real estate, I originally started by back in 2003 before the market crashed, which was really a good time, decided to exit the market in 2012 and went hiatus for 4 years and pretty much missed  the industry and a had a lot of good times and bad, The things I didn't know then I know now and the things I dont know Im open to learn.

I am just starting out in the wholesaling business. , and looking for any advice that someone can give me right now I do not have a mentor here in Colorado but I have signed up with clever investors

I was wondering, if pursuing wholesaling or flipping to start might be a better approach to take right now?

I am pretty new to wholesaling so I am not sure how to proceed of if its too messy and I should just let it go.

My biz model is los ,wholesaling ,and options possibly co wholesaling the way joe mccall teaches it...assigning contract to end buyer...advise please.

I recently attended a seminar talking about reverse wholesaling, getting money from private money lenders etc.

I need to get a loan because wholesaling isn't working much for me in Alabama.
