I purchased the system on the 26th and I thought the system said I had 30 days to review and cancel for a refund. 

Either people need to start earning more money (we can debate this since it looks like we are already in a recession here), interest rates need to decline (looks like the Fed is about to start doing this) or prices need to decline which has already started to happen.My vote is on lower interest rates and price declines until the market finds its balance and you see transactions start to increase.

Your build out cost will be less competitive for the elevator systems, fire sprinklers, exterior parking spots- unless you do drive through load zones, and exterior wall surface.e.

I'm going to look into quickbooks and see if it will be a better option than my own personal financing system I've been using.

And then there are also  sewer scope fees, and if your inspector recommends other inspectors to do inspections on things like the plumbing system, the roof, the electrical system etc... those have to come out of your pocket also- if you're going to pay for them.Does your lender require a Phase 1 Enviro; How do you intend to pay for that?
