Now, this is going to sound really dumb, but other than any obvious visual issues, how/when would I find out about what it needs structurally?

I grew up living right next to the freeway so I genuinely did not realize what a deterrent the freeway noise was for most people.

We know who the culprit is and have put in a few police reports, installed fake cameras and security signs as deterrents.

I have considered making videos to showcase my listed homes. I'm interested in finding out any information or advice when taking videos to showcase your home? anyone have any success in making videos V.S pictures.

I am not going to make claims on my own insurance which would cause my premiums to skyrocket, but it would be a deterrent to say I require them to carry damage insurance specifically for their pets.

That is inspiring to many of the readers, because a lot of folks can visualize themselves doing something similar.

- If I go with the vacant lot/modular home, I visualize building an ADU or two and renting them out and also renting out the extra room in my modular home.

There are more advanced (but paid) tools like quantmaps.com that allow you to better visualize at the census tract/neighborhood level based on your preferences.  

Unless you specifically ask, your samples are analyzed by visual estimation.

If you install it over a wet subfloor or in a basement without addressing a moisture issue already present you may experience mold in the future without ever visually seeing an issue.
