I was hired by the FAA as an air traffic controller in 2011 and that required us to move to Florida for a couple years.

A lot of beachfront homes in Va Bch have widened driveways and "private parking, do not block" signs so the street traffic can't keep them from parking directly in front of their own homes.

I think it's beneficial being on Clifford opposed to an off-street since Clifford has heavy traffic which results in less property crime.

I wasn't going to mention this, but seems there is a lot of traffic so a reminder.

The more people there are the more traffic through the apartment the more damage to walls floor etc....I love leasing to people who have small familes i.e. mom dad one kid elderly couples etc....just some food for thought.
