@Jess WhiteFor me diversification in RE means investing in different markets that are independent from each other..I currently invest in SE came very close in entering a new market in Midwest I decided it wasn’t the right time for me to start hoping to enter the MW soon if not this year maybe next..

Here, Missouri uses the phrase "facilitating any real estate transaction" it also does not depend on charging any fee per se as you can profit for compensation.
