Everything is builder warranty for 1 year, big ticket items have 5 year warranty.

I'm fine with letting a few of the minor things go, but wanted to get a second opinion on the bigger ticket items, so appreciate the feedback.

I recently began to look into buy and hold/ rental income as a ticket to FI. 

I stay motivated by looking towards a future where I don't have to sit in traffic for an hour every morning on the way to work, a future where I can buy plane tickets on a whim just because I can, or a future where I can go hiking every afternoon with my dog instead of sitting in a sterile lunch room at work.

However after I graduate in Spring, I am on a one way ticket to Bali!

The buyers signed off on all of their contingencies last Thursday so the only big ticket item that should be left is for their lender to fund the deal. 2016 GoalsSince this is the last post before the New Year, I might as well mention my goals for our company for 2016.

So they didn't give us a ticket. 

We need to do a few more things on the outside (gutters/ fascia), but the big ticket items are done.
