You can check track records but you have very little opportunity to get to know the sponsors, talk to them and gain confidence, trust and learn your criteria.Understand experienced sponsors of apt deals like to work in more subtle fashion on the BP site and build relationships which is the right way to go.

For example, I just bought a kwikset "Premis" smart lock the other day (fairly new model in their smart lock line,  similar to the Kwikset 913, 914, 916, but has the touch screen instead of buttons and this flavor is compatible with iOS, instead of the other protocols like ZigBee or Z-Wave).

Now allowing student loans to be discharged in BK now has a few flavors: -Only Discharge private loans: it happened for over a decade, but will most likely lead to higher rates/loss of capital= less students-Only discharge public: adds the wrinkle that I can now borrow your tax dollars and never pay them back, meets the gov goal but is hard to sell to the voters.

It would not be a far fetch to have a mortgagee be denied their credit for reducing your loan obligation by FHA and then being a little ticked off and triggering due on sale.The clause will be subtle, it's not some massive paragraph and will say something along the lines as Borrower will use the property as their primary residence or Borrower confirms property is for primary residence use, etc.

I'd use a very light subtle texture and use a contrasting color.
