I recently bought a house with an "illegal" apartment in Jersey City, and I am wondering if we can move in there ourselves to save money.

I bought this residence with my VA loan but realized I should have used either conventional or FHA due to the low cost of the home.

I recently bought a house  for cheap (so I thought) for my first flip.

Once I gave in and bought a few only to not have assistance and no clear direction so frustration took over and I was still learning but needed direction, I finally found a group of investors to help me,  guide me,  and teach me the ins and outs of the industry.If I am not working deals learning the ropes or watching videos for extra information in real estate investing you can find me at my full time career as a Auto Injury Claims Specialist with big red.

We bought in late 2020 (in SWFL), so the interest rate is only 2.875%.

Just bought a property in cabarrus county and turned out the crawl space doesn’t just need a vapor barrier it needs to be incapsulated, with trenches a sump pump and an industrial dehumidifier.

Wanted the 60 acres across the street and couldn't get it so bought this house on 3 acres instead.

So he must have already bought the duplex or none of these things could be happening.

If you have any tips for me as well that would be much appreciated (just bought my first STR this fall and the quad in the spring will be my first LTR).
