You can also get in touch with several reputable contractors in your area that specialize in certain things and get some reasonable ballpark figures - electricians for panel replacements, roofers for asphalt shingle roof replacement per square, etc.

It was fairly large (over 2000'), very stylish, with luxury features like hard wood floors, solar, granite counters, nice looking cabinets, etc.I was told the fact it was prefabbed saved ~30% on construction costs which if it was the quality of the prefabs from a couple of decades ago I would not have thought it was worth the savings but this was a very fine house.

Perhaps not.There may not be an access panel, door, etc, but what about the inspector crawling under the available area somewhere that can be opened - sans the access panel or door.
