Has anyone had any success in buying distressed beach front condos in Florida?  

If I had your capital and purchasing power in San Diego (I currently live in Ocean Beach) I would buy a property with more potential.

Or at least West Palm Beach and Miami that is.

Maybe I'm looking for the silver bullet of wisdom from someone who would make that deal but maybe the lesson is sometimes people pay too much.

3.First one couldn't be bothered as it wasnt a beach rental.Second one stuck anyone with a pulse in, never got money, and we got continual demands for cleaners and repairs.Third stole $4k.

Conversely, we had our beach house at Ocean Park managed for 2 night minimum stays for 8 years by a local vacation rental manager.

What's up, Kevin.I'm from Palm Beach, currently resider in Orlando. 

Beach Front, hotel, ect..looking to learn from the community and to try and find buyers and investors to network with.

We have a bunch of saved properties on Zillow, etc. and I wanted to see if there's a Miami realtor on BP that could help us streamline the process in seeing multiple properties on Miami Beach.
