SECOND, for both mowing and snow removal, in many locales, actually you will be responsible if your Tenant allows the yard to get overgrown and, in particular, for snow removal if you have sidewalks fronting your property, for not promptly clearing and deicing.

Meanwhile garbage cans are all over the sidewalk because all the tenants are too busy to take care of the place.Being a long term landlord, fortunately with properties mortgage free, I was discussing with my wife how fortunate we are collecting social security, pensions, with 401K's behind us, can weather the current pandemic better than someone with jobs that can disappear overnight.
