Also the residuals from recruitment is a major one at eXp although that's thankfully being eclipsed by actual active R.E. activities, so less "MLM" and more "MLS".

They both have advantages with the main one being you keep yourself in the deal and get the benefits of residual income via interest and payments.I also agree with the comment that you may need to increase the term to 20-30 years to keep the payment down depending on affordability.

I personally am newer to the REI scene, however I LOVE it as a means to build residual cash flow as well as a means to retire.I am a financial advisor, and I work with an array of business owners who prefer to use most of their income as a means to invest more in their business and this is great!

Likely, their only profit will be any residual cash flow left over after they've paid retail for everything along the line (as you said).And will that cash flow conform to pro forma predictions?
