I live away from DFW and one day want to settle in that neighbourhood.i did some research - so far no luck in terms of Lennar and DR horton dont sell their homes for investors.

I am researching the city and surrounding areas and seriously considering it for my first BRRRR.   

We just had an incident… a guest tried to steal money from the host , my mother in law -long story but lied stole cheated while staying and furnished finders will do very little to back you up, they’re like a hands off broker essentially, just do your due diligence and have good contracts in place, and research / background check really well if you use FFinders.

Being new to the area I have no clue where to start when it comes to finding a good builder, anyone have recommendations as I continue my research?

We both have never been there and are just relying on what we hear about it through research.
