I think they're saying 43k of net profit before factoring in the mortgage, which will then put them well into the red.

Is this a red flag?

More LLCs, more red tape, more documentation, more complications.

It looks a little like pex but it's blue (cold water supply) or red (you guessed it).

I trusted only Zillow before and got some scammer who used my property as a brothel / casino.Not trusting you enough to provide SSN number is a red flag.

It has taken in water in the past however the root of that issue has hopefully been addressed adequately at this point. 

Hoping that's not a red flag. 

No tax returns, no W-2s, no den to income, and 90% of the other conventional red tape is eliminated.
