Already today, Italy just had a 103 year old woman recover with treatment. 

It’s one thing if you’re struggling to pay rent, but to refuse to pay rent AND refuse to leave and force another landlord file a formal eviction against you (since evictions are to recover possession of a property) says a lot about you as a person (in my opinion).

This means you recover all your costs sooner, and you start to profit just as fast.

I would take the house to a "flip" level, at least for things that would have to be redone if done as a rental now and flip later, and maybe bring in a month to month tenant versus long term, and hopefully as things start to recover in a few months (please, please, please) you will be able to get tenant back out, touch up a few things and get it on the market fast.

I haven't logged in to check on the balances since everything went haywire, but I am also looking at contributing for many, many years so I know it will recover in the long run and I don't want to freak myself out. 

We don't expect to recover the lost rent, unless the insurance companies change their rules for lost rent. 

AirBnBs could be done for a long time, until tourism recovers. 

If they extended it good. if not, I’ll recover with paying great assets at great prices.

In any economic crisis there is never a guarantee of a timeline as to when the economy will recover or ever recover for that matter. 

Too many folks have skipped that step and wasted decades trying to recover from having the wrong WHY.I hope this helps.
