I'm guessing this is for security reasons, but at some point you have to show the property or give the address to a caller who'd like to drive by and see it Although, I guess doing it that way creates more work for a would-be-thief therby making it less likely to be vandalized.

I asked for references and they had a woman from California call me, but her phone number was blocked from Caller ID, she could not provide even 1 address of an actual property she had flipped, although she insisted she has done "multiple deals" at a time w/ them, and she was supposed to email me addresses the next day and never heard from her again.

You can use speed up your result in cold calling using a predictive dialer just like you use companies to send all for you.I agree with you about valuing your own time, but to be fair you are buying leads by selling yellow letters and choose not to talk to hundreds of people by avoiding cold calling.You can do the same thing by hiring a cold caller, have them transfer only the interested customers to you.Mohit

I think this is great because if they are feeling somewhat motivated or in the near future have some type of motivation to sell than this strategy can help win them over the other callers that have called previously and just threw an offer or did not mind how they felt about all the calls.
