On the other hand atlantic city is great for vacation rentals so  you can make money with the right property  . it is the opposite if Las vegas with a growing population and 45 million tourists

Jewin,Im a mortgage broker in las vegas and its been my experience that you can purchase an investment property for as little as 10% down, you have to pay Private Mortgage Insurance but at least its tax deductible.

The rents can't go up any higher and they have actually gone down over the past 3 years, as have most of Las Vegas rents.
