(Not much, small hick town) This city is striving for modernization, but unable to reach it because of one to many rednecks.I live in south Florida, where modernization/ culture are keen.

Even though I made (and still make) good money in my profession (information technologies), I never had *any* extra money, always blowing it on hobbies, car payments, etc.

I work as a Bicycle Mechanic full time, I am in college at Ferris State University with a double major, Mechanical Engineering Technology and Business Administration, and am also working on a real estate certificate from the university and at the end of attaining that also getting a brokers license.

The internet, phone and satellite communications, modern airlines reducing travel times and distances to what can sometimes amount to a long daily commute, it all helps to make the world a smaller place and enables us to do business globally not just locally.

I like wrought iron and rustic furniture myself, so I probably wouldn't like the modern furniture you would most likely be putting in your pre-decorated houses.

The topic I have chosen is “Energy used in residential properties can be greatly reduced by using conventional insulation rather than the use of renewable energy technology.”As a part of my research I have compiled a short questionnaire.
