My advice is learn to be more detail oriented,  like actually reading the description of the forum you post in looking for advice, and see it's about maintenance and renovation.

I met a couple of people from HW when I flew back to Cleveland last year.

The foreclosure was likely just for the lot the house was on, easy enough to verify by the legal description in the foreclosure/final judgment. 

Some of the reports are a short tax assessment and others with a much more detailed description of property, several years of sale history, tax appraisal history, sketches of square footage, road conditions, a current picture, owner history, and comments made by last assessor.

There is usually a description of the unit that defines the boundaries of the unit.

You did not state the building sites descriptions but I will try my best answer.

You might try requesting more of a description/breakdown of costs from the landlord to see exactly what was done.

Although "Seized" would not technically be the correct description.
