What is needed to complete:-Additional painting and touchup painting of walls, trim, and blinds-Repairs to oak wood flooring, plus sanding, sealing, and clear-coating the entire floor-Laying marble tile around a fireplace-Installing a sink in a granite countertop, including cutting the holes, etc.

There are exempt transfers for a caregiver child or to a special needs individual, but they don't fit your fact pattern.  

Jay Hinrichs , I can understand that, Austin is the same way.I was speaking more in broad terms for those reading, and to emphasize that, yes, there may be legal complications if you make a pattern of it.

The amount of BS you have to put up with from tenants to clear 100 a door per month just isn't worth it to me.These tenants want everyone else to pay for their life problems instead of seeing their pattern of dis-function and failure.
