Attending such an event, especially if it is well done, would be a horror for them.Some people know from experience that even if the event they attend is the greatest thing since sliced bread, they will fail to follow through on what they have learned. 

It keeps options open for buyers who might want just a slice or the whole pie.Appreciate your insight!

Now to kit it out~We are a block from the beach on the barrier island and I plan on a long lasting finish for my furniture, probably mango wood.

The house had been broken into and the indoor and outdoor AC units are gone :( The outdoor unit was even in a cage, given that it's not a class A neighborhood, but they just sliced it open.  

You can't get a big slice if you're talking small talk.Leads... every day.

Deals I'm seeing are so slim, cutting off a slice of the pie for a partner isn't possible with the smaller deals 4-8 units I'm ultimately seeking.

Loans always make things tricky with deals but since that person is taking the credit risk you could slice off 5-10% off each of the others and give to them or something like that. 

Each greedy party taking a slice of the pie till there is not enough left for the end buyer then the whole chain collaspes.
