Is it possible to have a property manager who manages some of the property, while I manage the rest remotely?

Just started our own firm investing in and managing property in our relatively new (~5 years now) home in Charleston, SC.Happy to be a resource to anyone and look forward to making quality local connections!

The rental yield is pretty low compared to its value, and selling now while it’s in great condition could help you avoid the stress of managing it or dealing with wear and tear.

Make sure every investment is solid and that you know how to manage them well.

It took quite a good time (~6months) even with a property manager but finally found the renter after rent decrease by 200$.

Lastly, if you want cash flow so you can quit your job then you might want to consider strategies like flipping, Airbnb, property management, and being a real estate agent.
