I personally did a couple last year that I self furnished and self manage while working full time.  

Since I've owned just a few days over a year, I'm not a happy camper and have no doubt they knew this was going to happen when they took my money last November.

One is in National City, another in Grant Hill and last one in Fairmount Village.

I've been in the investment space almost 9 years now, and been actively investing in flips myself, the last year.

Im waiting to hear back to go look at the last unit.

I have yet to complete a walk-through of the property and see what renovations may be needed (potential for HVAC and interior, but from my understanding the roof and windows were replaced within the last 7-8 years).

I have made some promising contacts since posting my last couple posts.

Backstory - we have an apartment complex that had a $339k loss on paper last year (I'm a 40% partner).
