Indialantic may be a little of both- not as touristy as Cocoa Beach or as isolated as Satellite.  

And lastly, while some of your observations would be accurate if we were to complete this on a street-by-street basis, it's nearly impossible to isolate certain neighborhoods when generalizing an entire neighborhood due to a. the region was either too small to isolate, or b. the region had too few sales to consider.Going even deeper (closer look, almost street-by-street) into neighborhoods and analytics might show different results, that's where someone like @Art Perkitny might have more insight on or can configure.

You can begin to isolate what strategy you want to enact and then create a plan to get there.Definitely don't underestimate the value of networking with those in the market that you choose to invest in. 

We are going to fund the repairs from our savings, but I'm wondering if I should "loan" the money to the LLC - drawing up a loan agreement with interest, etc. between my wife and I as individuals and ourselves as LLC owners, or just transfer the money from our savings to the business account and pay it that way (I don't want to pay for it out of our personal finances directly, as that may nullify the liability isolation created by the LLC.)Thoughts?
