I saw many houses are in desert alone in couple acres land, and it is far from other houses.So in slow season, if there is no person in a house, then I think a theft can break in and steal easily.Also in those isolated environment, person in house can be victim of robbery easily too.Are those crime happen in the area?

The Traditional LLC in such a scenario would own nothing to keep your assets isolated from your operations.

If you prefer to keep your assets entirely separate, separate LLCs for each property can provide stronger isolation between assets.Forming and maintaining a single LLC is typically less expensive than creating separate LLCs for each property.

But I don't know if you can take isolated points in time, 1980-1990, 1980-2006, 2000-2016, 1980-2016 and conclude LA always has great long term appreciation.  

The grounds and neutrals must be isolated & the neutral should NOT be bonded to the sub-panel.

I solely work with  investors and I've been learning a lot over the past few weeks.

We were fortunate that our ongoing  strategy allowed us to operate at lower occupancy (and do some renovations) during the slow down, and then we were able to work to the top of the market for the folks who still needed to travel or isolate.

Indialantic may be a little of both- not as touristy as Cocoa Beach or as isolated as Satellite.  

And lastly, while some of your observations would be accurate if we were to complete this on a street-by-street basis, it's nearly impossible to isolate certain neighborhoods when generalizing an entire neighborhood due to a. the region was either too small to isolate, or b. the region had too few sales to consider.Going even deeper (closer look, almost street-by-street) into neighborhoods and analytics might show different results, that's where someone like @Art Perkitny might have more insight on or can configure.

I also plan to visit my local REIA's and meetups, but should I solely base the area I market to off the people I meet and where they say they purchase?
